View Mobile Website Examples for Small Businesses

If you don’t have a mobile website (sometimes referred to as a mobile app) for your business, chances are you are losing sales and revenue that could easily be yours … and don’t even know it!

Why Mobile Websites are a Must Have for Northern Virginia Businesses Today

More and more local customers use their mobile phones instead of their personal or desktop computers to find and research local businesses before they buy.

Businesses with mobile-enabled websites get found faster and easier on mobile phone searches than businesses without mobile-enabled websites.

As you can see from the example above, mobile websites are specially designed and configured to make it fast and easy for people to:

  • Click to call your business;
  • Get directions to your business;
  • See your business information at a glance, in a format that is easily viewed on a small mobile phone screen or mobile device screen.

Do You Know What Your Website Looks Like on a SmartPhone?

Websites that are not mobile-enabled are harder to read on small phone screens. Sometimes, they don’t even show up at all on a smartphone screen!

As you can see in the example to the right, when I visit the Chart House website, my iphone displays a black screen with a message instructing the viewer to download a special plug-in to view the website. Many people won’t know what to do with this message, and won’t want bother with downloading the plug-in required to view the website properly.

The Restaurant Eve website (below) viewed on an iphone lacks any kind of navigation to guide the viewer to the restaurant’s menu, directions to the restaurant, or any other helpful information.

WordPress Website Development Northern Virginia: How to Make Money With Your WordPress Website

How to Make Money with a WordPress Blog

Turn Your WordPress Blog Into a Money Making Machine

I don’t normally play the lottery, because common sense tells me I’m just throwing money away.

But the hoopla surrounding the March 30, 2012 Megamillions Jackpot prompted me to throw caution to the wind and join the frenzy of hopeful lottery winners.

I bought 16 tickets for a whopping investment of $16.00, to increase my chances of winning, and enjoyed many delightful fantasies of how I would spend my megamillions, for my own enjoyment, for my children’s education, and to make the world around me a better, happier place as well.

But, Lady Luck smiled on someone else this time around. Turns out the jackpot winnings went to three other lucky winners who will split the mouthwatering sum of $656 million among themselves.

Which brings me to the subject of today’s blog post. I have a Plan B, and that is to create a WordPress website following this WordPress expert’s “bloodhound model” to make some serious money in the coming year.

If Vishen Lakhiani can parlay his WordPress website development knowhow into nearly $1 million in a mere 18 months, surely I can too! Even if it pales in comparison to the $656 million Megamillions jackpot, I think $980,000 will be adequate to fund most, if not all, of my life dreams!

If you would like to understand how to develop a WordPress website that can generate a livable income, and if you like to be inspired, this 15-minute video is well worth watching.
